Shipping & Delivery
Most NS Furniture pieces are made to order in our own factory, then shipped to your door. Below is what to expect. All timeframes are indicative and confirmed at checkout or on your order confirmation.
Production window
Because items are crafted to order, please allow a production window of 45–60 days before dispatch. Ready-stock items ship sooner – we will let you know at the time of order.
Freight & last mile
Bulky furniture travels by sea freight to a regional hub, then by road for the final leg. We offer standard kerbside delivery, with room-of-choice and two-person delivery available in many areas on request.
Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, indicative transit times are: Western & Central Europe 7–15 business days; Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal) 7–18 business days; Northern & Eastern Europe 10–20 business days. Rest of world by quotation. These ranges are indicative and can vary with port and carrier schedules.
Receiving your order & damage policy
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, report it to us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and the item, and we will arrange a repair, replacement part or replacement. Keeping the original packaging until you have checked everything helps us resolve claims quickly.
